About
Welcome to our Alumni network. The goal is to connect all the wonderful alumni who have participated with Trips Beyond the Classroom. Even small to start, it’s good to be able to connect with people that have had similar experiences. And as we grow, this community, I can only imagine how helpful it could be for so many different reasons.
I define alumni as people who have participated in Trips Beyond the Classroom. This goes beyond students to include teachers, hosts and guides. Host families along with guides have played an important role, touching many hearts, and we welcome them to our community. For the purpose of organization and clarity, I’ve come up with some core roles that I will assign badges. Depending on how you participated, you could have multiple badges.
STUDENT - TEACHER - GUIDE - TRAVELER - HOST
I am open to suggestions as we grow this community and digital platform. Rest assure that I will continue to make improvements. I am learning and doing at the same time.
